August 12, 2008I went out on Saturday night...originally to meet up with Gertie, but ended up with Tim & Darren. Gertie bailed out last minute, but rescheduled for this weekend. It's only annoying because I missed Alex's birthday party. Sigh. Do you see that cake? sigh. Bozu: Darren: Tim: Darren: Then I did this weird thing with my iPhone. I was fiddling around with the camera and it somehow took a picture of itself. I have no idea how I did this. I don't even know why this would be a feature and have not been able to repeat the trick since. Anyway, here's my iPhone's desktop! And this is a picture of our family dog, Rocky. He does not like it if you sleep in. He decides when everyone should be awake and goes room to room breaking in and jumping on you until you wake up. I guess it's cute. Luckily Rocky lives in CT and it is not a regular thing.

In order to take a screen capture of the iPhone or iPod, press and hold the Home button that is located at the bottom center of the iPhone. While your hold the home button, also press the Sleep / Wake key on top of iPhone and a screenshot of the existing screen will get saved to your iPhone or iPod photos folder.
