You may remember my rant on how evil Ticketmaster was from last week. Well Saturday night was the actual event. Gertie, Tim and I went to go see Queens of the Stone Age at the WaMu Theatre. We all met up at TGI Fridays on 34th & 8th Ave before the show. I don't know why we cannot come up with a better meeting spot near the Garden, but it is the only bar that we remember the name and know the address. So I guess it is just easy--but let it be known that I am in NO WAY endorsing this dump. The drinks were watered down or disgusting, the patrons were the lowest form of low bridge & tunnel trash and the whole bar was filthy.
Here's Gertie & Tim sharing Fridays "Ultimate Mudslide". Which was DISGUSTING:

We arrived at the concert just after 10pm and Queens of the Stone Age had just started. Again please remember how I shared with you last week that Ticketmaster sold us the worst seats in the house in a pre-sale? Look at our seats, Can you believe them?? We were SO FAR from the stage and virtually by ourselves. Everyone else got better seats than us. God I hate Ticketmaster.
Tim & Gertie in our abandoned seats. Thanks Ticketmaster!

Yes, the three of us and that mis-place old man were the ONLY people in our entire section. WTF? So lame.

Anyway, worst seats = worst pictures. Sorry, I tried to get closer and was yelled at by security. Try to enjoy and if you can't? Blame Ticketmaster.

And yes, being lonely in your section can be exhausting. Tim fell asleep:

Thanks Ticketmaster. You made your long-standing loyal customers feel real special! YOU SUCK AND I HATE YOU.

Ok, that's all,

I'm not sure what's going on here either. Maybe my adolescent narcolepsy is returning. Does that mean Puberty II? It's a special time in a boy's life....
