So I bought a brand new professional grill for the fourth of July roof party. UPS delivered it a couple of weeks ago and I have been dreading how on earth to get it up the 2 flights of stairs to the roof, since it weighs 140lbs. Tim & Steve offered to help and they were going to come over Sunday afternoon. Well Tim flaked (hangover) and Steve showed up right on time. I have to say that I am really impressed...Steve carried the beast up two flights of stairs BY HIMSELF. Gail is claiming partial credit for taking him shopping with her in New Jersey and getting him so angry that he took all the angry energy out on the grill and got it up there, again, BY HIMSELF! I am so proud of the Breyers family, good work!

(Actually between you & me, I think that Darren might be in love with the new grill. Seriously, Alice should watch out for the grill, The grill might make it down the aisle with Darren before she does!)

The new grill looks fabu but Alice will look better in the wedding gown. I wish I could be there! Ya'll celebrate for me!

I just saw the grill, and honestly, Darren better watch out. I think he's got some competition. It is probably bigger than the apartment I will move into (not to mention cleaner). I think I'm in love...

i don't think they are all good at it. its one of those things we give them cuz its really just a big mess. also who can mingle if they are slaving over the grill?
