I know I know, where have I been. It is rather strange when I do not go out for more than one night in a row! If it makes you feel better I am going out on Thursday night and every night after than until July 11th. I am resting up to prepare for two weeks of non-stop debauchery. This summer is going to be completely crazy. So be prepared, this blog will be very busy and updated often.

Another thing you should be prepared for is (if you live locally) The Cure tickets go on sale for the MSG show in NYC September 23 at 9:00 AM people! I have to get to work early and get good seats at 9:00AM! It will be the first time I am on time to work so far this year! Ah aha ahah Seriously, I am always late. Oh well.

I just found my favorite Cure song on Youtube. A Forest. It should be known that when I was 16, I would tell people that I would trade my virginity with a homeless man on the street just to meet Robert Smith, the lead singer. I was 100% serious too. I was obsessed with him.
Anyway, here is the video from some recent show. I love how Robert still dresses exactly the same way he did in 1985. He has no problem feeling ridiculous in that outfit at 50 years old. If my Dad dressed like this I would have him commited. aha ha ahah

Just to be fair to my 16 year old self, here is an original video from the 80's. I am sure that my fascination is perfectly clear now. Robert Smith was it!
