May 09, 2006When I was young I lived in California & whenever you wanted to BBQ you would get a Tri-tip steak. For some reason you could only get this cut of meat on Cali's central coast. I don't know why, but it was just one of those things. Well last week while doing my weekly grocery shopping online, I found that they have tri-tip on Fresh Direct! Yippee! Look how happy I am. So I got my main BBQer Creepy Uncle Steve, his lovely girlfriend Gail and my out of control teen daughter Jill together for Sorpanos and Tri-tip. Yum! It was so good.
