October 18, 2005So our long awaited refugee from New Orleans arrived yesterday. His name is Horton he is 20 years old and he has had quite the rough journey. He will be staying with us at the Barbie Dream Loft until his Fema check arrives, he gets a job (has a couple of promising offers from the neighborhood already, including Beacons Closet our favorite thrift store), and gets an apt. He is a punk rock artist who lost everything as a result of Hurricane Katrina.
